Thanks for checking out this thread, I am new to the thread and to the world of an Audi owner. I am having issues with my motor temperature gauge which stays pinned in the "C" and once in a blue will go to the middle. Also my fuel gauge is giving me trouble. Whenever I go to a quarter tank of gas, the gauge goes crazy swing from empty back to a quarter tank of gas. But when I fill the car up it reads the fuel correctly until it goes to a quarter tank. The car is a 1999 Audi A4 with 52k miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

 

Not sure about the fuel gauge, but the temperature gauge sounds like a familiar problem. It's most likely a bad coolant sensor or thermostat.

 

where did you find a 99 A4 with ok 52k on it??
