regarding air intake kits

Default regarding air intake kits

would a 2000 a4 audi 2.8L intake kit fit into the same model but quattro?

FWD/Quattro won't matter. The year and engine are whats important here. A kit for the 2.8 will in no way, shape, or form work for the 1.8T, the opposite is also true.

really, im a bit confused because i was just talking to a representative from the online store i from where i was looking at the intakes, and they said unfortunately the intakes from the non quattro would not fit the model with quattro..how do i go about this?

Believe us. We actually use them. Chris is right - if it's for a 2.8, it'll git regardless of the drivetrain. Having rear axles on the car in no way affects the installation of a pipe and cone filter under the hood.

right on, i became discouraged when the rep said it wouldn't fit , thank you so much..
i have other threads also one in which i need a lot of help on concerning my symphony radio and where to find the unlock code. would anyone here help me locate it?

Unlock code is generally on a stick on the radio, u have to pull the radio out to get to it.
My symphony 2 or 3 or w/e it is had it on the very back I think. I could be wrong but I think a stealership can get it for you by vin number.

My old A4 had the radio code written in the owners manual, otherwise call the dealer.

theres a little piece of paper in the owners manual if you dont have that id say u are fuct :O call dealer

people tell me theres also a sticker in the spare tire compartment, i see it, its there..but which is the code? thats all i need to know, how do i distinguish which is the right one
