Default Removing Lumbar

Hi,

My lumbar pillow is popped in my driver's seat and I would like to replace it with the one from my passenger side.

How do I take apart the back of the seat in my 2001? I already tried taking the seat completely out of the car but I couldn't figure out how the black plastic piece is held on the back of the seat.

Note: The writeup for the B6 doesn't work.

Thanks,
Mike

I know there are guys on here who've replaced the heating coils in the seats, you might try searching about the seat heaters, and seeing if a writeup for that can get you to the lumbar pillow as well. I've never done it so thats all the help i can offer. GL!
