Default replace the front rotors too?

im doing the job on my rears with the slotted stuff from here.

https://blauferg.readyhosting.com/pr...p?prod=D2B2508

should i also upgrade the fronts with slotted, is it really required. i dont race or do any of that stuff anymore.

i guess i should do it to make it all look the same but still, money money money.

anyone have any feedback from this place, blauferg.com???

Well, if you're going to do the front brakes, you can do slotted if you'd like to. The front brakes do most of the work in slowing the car anyhow, so they'd be the ones to replace with better rotors. But if you're not going to do any racing/track work, you don't need anything other than OEM rotors. You may still benefit from upgrading though - I know you made reference to the fact that it can suck to have to spend the money, but you might look into the A8 brake upgrade for your car - gives a really nice bump in the braking ability of the car.

those rotors aren't gona perform any better than the OEM rears, so its kind of a waste of 40 bucks. i would get OEM rotors for the rear and A8 rotors for the front, all from purems. 100 for the rear, 250 for the front. and it makes a big difference.

and just get blank rotors. unless you track the car or want the looks, drilled/slotted is pointless.
