Default replaced serpentine belt

so I replaced the serpentine belt on my 2.8 about 4 days ago without taking off the front end(do yourself a favor and take it off) because it needed to be replaced. Anyways I am having a steering wheel whine problem, I thought this would be fixed by replacing the belt but it wasn't. I still get the whine, only at low speeds though. It can't be the PS pump because they're is no difference in the feel of the steering. Also it isn't a low fluid level I have already checked that. So my question is what is causing this whine????? I was thinking of draining the PS fluid and replacing it but I don't know how.

Most people suck it out of the fill and replace with new then repeat untill you go through about a can or can and a half of the stuff. See what color it is, it should be green if its kinda brown then its bad.

Default RE: replaced serpentine belt

there is a bleed point on the lowest part of the power steering piping you just have to get down there and look for it, follow the piping and also check the steering rack for a bleed point.

correct fluid is VW G 002 000 - 0.7_0.9 litres.

helpull edit: althogh this is a Lexus the same proceedure can be used on any car
