Ripped off front spoiler when getting unstuck from a snowy ditch
#13
I bought a new front spoiler for $93 including tax. While I was picking up the part at University Audi I spoke to their service guy who does their body/detail and he didn't do a write-up, but estimated it would be $300 labor and parts if the brackets holding the bumper needed to be replaced. I got the feeling that that estimate was on the upper end. He said that sometimes over time the brackets let the bumper sag and need to be replaced anyways. I may decide to unmount the bumper and reattach it with new brackets if necessary at a later time if the gaps bother me enough.
The tray is still there and nothing else besides that spoiler (and bumper mounting) seems damaged - the handling still feels the same on the dry roads.
Thanks for all the comments
