P0411 is secondary air injection system incorrect flow. I've got this one right now too. The SAI pump is a small electric air pump located at the passenger's side front near the AC accumulator. It pumps air into the cylinder head on cold starts. Never really did figure out why lol. Something to do with emissions I would imagine. It's not really a necessary system, Euro cars don't have them. If you don't have emissions inspections where you live, you can rip all that **** out and plug the hole on the head with a block off plate from IE.

P0136 is your post-cat O2 sensor, prolly just needs to be replaced.

First thing I would do is clear the codes if you haven't already and see which ones come back. If this is the first time you've pulled codes on this car, it's possible they're old.

Ok... I've put 500 miles on this weekend and I think I have some new information.

Car seems to run perfect for the first 10-15 minutes after completely cooled, even at highway speeds. After this time, mostly at highway speeds, the heat gauge starts to creep up and settles at the first white tick mark above the center. Sometimes it will creep half-way to the next tick mark if pulling long hills.

If I crank the heater the gauge will drop down near the mid mark, but not quite.

When the car gets hot it feels like I have no turbo boost. I don't have a gauge to determine this, but that is what my butt tells me. It is not a complete dog, just doesn't have that kick.

Had check engine light codes pulled. See above. The CEL didn't come back on while driving home (aprox 200 miles of highway driving) so I'm guessing the codes are not related to the heat issue.

One other thing.... since I purchased the car it has not had a belly pan. I wonder if this could be contributing to the lack of air pulling through the radiator - but it didn't run hot for the first few months I had the car (hotter months at that).

My current thoughts are:
Fan clutch is bad.
Water pump is bad.
Belly pan thing mentioned above.

I'd appreciate input on this and suggestions.

Chris - sai injects air into the cats on a cold start up so the car runs as if it was warm. Kinds tricky and will extend the life of your cats. I just ripped mine out and the block off plates clean that **** up awesomely.

dmount - I've never had a belly pan, it wont effect your cooling that drastically. ID check everything in the coolant system, it sounds like a possible clog or air bubble. When you do the heater trick to cool the car down it can mean the thermostat is your culprit.

I'd imagine if your waterpump was bad you would not have made it 200 miles of hwy driving.

I had a po411 code before that was just cracked vac line, doesn't necessarily mean the pump is shot.

Good point. Mine is definitely shot because it makes a god awful racket every time I start my car, but that doesn't mean the OP's is.

Is there a way to test the coolant temp sensor?
