Default Seat Swap

Looking at a 97 A4, the only thing I don't like , no leather seats, but I can pick up a set of rear and front leather seats for 300 bucks, will they bolt up no problem, what abt. the heaters, I assume the cloth seats have none, is the wiring there anyway, or would it be a pain to wire??

It is a very simple swap the cloth seats did come with heaters as long as the car had that option. if they are both manual seats it will be plug and play deal.

OK, sounds good, and one more thing if anyone can help, since I'm new to these cars, on the front bumper it's missing a cap, there are 2 of them, whats in there, and are the caps hard to get , replace etc. i saw the car, but hav'nt had time to speak to the owner, but I thought it might be a headlight aduster?

Why would you wanna replace the cloth seats? i love mine never hot and sticky and they still look great even after 10 years!!! those would be the headlight washer caps and there not that hard to find.

Really though your better off just waiting for another a4 to come up on the market since 95% of them were made in leather, that way you dont have to pay the money and worry about getting it all to fit well and safely.

How do those washers work, there is no wiper, on the missing cap, I see a little black double headed ****, it's kinda hard to tell what it does, but on the one that has a cap, it looks like the cap is glued to the bumper, I can't see any hinges?!?!? And I got the car, the interior is mint, though it's cloth and since I see it's got seat heaters, I don't mind, I thought only the leather was heated, thats why i preferred it.
