I have a 2004 A6 4.2 with the wide luxury seats and they are killing my ***... literally, is there any way to switch the seats to a sportier, more contoured seat design??????? all help appreciated

 

Yes there is,

First you have to find someone willing to give up their sport seats then you can follow this write up by Boston Driver

Its fairly simple to take them out (I did it recently to give them a good cleaning)
