Default Snub Mount Install

For those of you who are new or are just wondering about snub mounts and why you should replace yours, I present exhibits 1 and 2:

The difference between the original OEM mount and the Stern piece:

Lol those guys know each other Chris, in all the timing jobs I've done I hav. Never seen one that bad.

Oil looks just fine, Bill

As kraut mentioned, I just bought the car at the end of August. This was one on a long list of things the PO of this car didn't know about. I already hohad to flush the coolant system and replace the expansion tank because they mixed Peak in with the G12 and it turned to peanut butter. Next on the list is a full timing service. Yahoo!

Sorry had to do it, it's not like u need a lot of help so some ball busting was necessary

Sounds like a good reason for a trip north. Do timing service and play in the snow. We might even have a beer or two.
