What spare parts would you guys recommend having on hand? I like to acquire some of the most commonly failing parts. I hate downtime and it is nice to keep an eye out for parts and buy them when the price is right. For my Range Rover I keep several height sensors and other parts for the air suspension and window switches. For my Volvo I keep a supply of wheel bearings and relays.

What should I stock up on for the B5? I usually keep an eye on ebay and craigslist for people parting out cars.

an SAP
Coil packs
ICM

 

Add a combi switch (headlight switch), coolant temp sensor, and hazard switch to that list.
