My case
I have APR 1 and before chipping it I had NGK platinum (OEm) at .032 gap.
2 weeks ago I put NGK BKR6E-11 and set the gap at 0.029", so far so good.
Probably still too early to make any conclusions, will see

with the chip,
Ngk BKR7E gapped to 0.028"
usually work well. They are a couple of bucks a piece and need to be changed every 5k-10k miles.
