spark plugs 30v

It's time to replace the plugs. It's got the stock BKR6EKUB plugs in it and i'm wanting to know what the step up is for this plug. it's the 2.8 v6 30v any advice is appreciated

Go with NGK's, I've also heard good things about E3 Diamondfires.

I'm running NGKs and they're very good. Verify that they're gapped at .032".
