As described in the title.....Im not sure the reason why but I just changed the timing belt and etc a week ago.

sounds like "SCUUUURRURRURRURRUU SCURRRRURRURUURR SCURRURURRR"

when it happened,I just turned the heater off

Could one of my belts be loose..possibly the a/c belt.
not sure about anything really

Definitely sounds like the AC belt. It's the only one with a manual tensioner. You should be able to reach it from under the car.

 

yea, that wheres the sound is comming from so imma take a look around and im guessing it needs to be tightened more
