solid sprung disc
puck isn't really for street cars, especially not for DD's.
and you don't need a new flywheel unless yours is damaged. you can get a lighter one if you want the benefits, or you can find a shop that can resurface dual mass fw's.

i have a spec stage 2 for the second time the first one the pressure plate broke. love it so much better than stock.
if you have the money i would get a light weight flywheel.. if not make sure you resurface the old one
