Steering Rack Grease?

Steering Rack Grease?
Hi All:
Thought that one of the CV boots had split again, but opened her up to find that the steering boot has come away from the rack and has shed whatever grease was inside.
Looking at Bentley it indicates that only a special Audi grease should be used.
Can anyone suggest someting more generic, i.e. readily available?
