I bought a 2001 A4 that has an aftermarket stero. I have no idea what condition the wiring is in but I would like to go back to a factory system (they sound decent and just look right.) I have been trying to find what stereo I can install that has the built in 6 disc changer. Does anybody know what year units would work for my application? If you have the part number that would be even better. Thanks!!

For $40 I guess I can live without the in dash changer. I thought these were made by Bose?

 

The bose head units are the same, they're just programmed a bit differently (you can use vagcom to change that.
