Still a little freaked out about timing
I much more better see your picture now. The driver's side cam appears to be aligned properly (or at least very close). The passenger side needs to be rotated clockwise so that the larger hole in the "wing" is toward the center of the car. Make sure both "wings" are aligned with a straight edge or cam bar tool.
I'm hoping/assuming that you had the crank lined up before you took the v-belt pulley off? If not you need to make sure your crank is set right and I'm not sure how to do that once you have taken the pulley and the timing belt cover off...

I had the heads off, before I put them back on I put cyl#3 at TDC. With the cams like they were, all were closed, but due to the ADD not letting me concentrate and think about things, I sorta went with it.
