This is probably some useful information. It's relevant so I figured I'll post it. Stubby mirror FTW!

Not necessarily something I go crazy about but it's something different to go along with the European look.
I guess it' a trend among the Euro crowds (also the JDM crowds) to make their cars as authentic to the European (or Japanese for JDM) market version as possible which can be seen by how popular the E-Codes are (I understand some people also buy it because of the better light projections) or even putting front European plate and so on.
Having the Euro trunk would complete the whole look as people sometimes put Euro plate behind their US/NA plate.

And like has been said before, to each its own.

thats weird.. cause my car is pre facelift (owners manual dealer sticker says it was manufactured in Dec '98 which is still considered a '99 cause of when it was sent out and sold? i guess.. but i have the full size passenger mirror? at least it looks the same size, im assuming you would be able to notice easily if it were smaller right? looks the same to me.. but i also dont have the LCD HUD between the tach and speedo like Sine has on her car even though its pre facelift.. weird options i guess you could get at the time? i dunno

I dig the stubby mirror. For the same reason I like the euro trunk and euro plates. I think its kind of cool to be able to make these cars look like they had originally been intended to look in Europe. That said, I don't know that I would go to the trouble to get a euro trunk unless there was something wrong with mine. I just think they look cool
