anyone know whats the most hp you can get from a 1.8t on the stock turbo if you had all the other mods like headers, cams, exhaust, chip, etc..

 

a guy named amir on audiworld was able to reach 245hp/280lbs
With Full exhuast/Testpipe/intake/Downpipe, Chip, and injectors.

Thats the highest ive ever seen.

 

headers bwahaha. It seems like buying bolt ons that are k03 specific are kind of a waste. Most people I've seen end up upgrading to a bigger turbo anyway cause they get bored so it would be better in the long run to get yourself something that will keep your interest for a good while. Look into atleast a garret turbo set-up or something. They make bolt-on turbo kits that'll hit that horsepower range with ease as opposed to maxing out a turbo. Just something to think about.

mike hood has mad the most hp off the k03 with a tweeked tune.... but your car is stock at either 150 or 170... with simple bolt ons youll get about what the companies tell you, you will..... if you want power ditch the k03 and go bigger
