You can do whatever you can afford - 2.0, 2.7TT, VR6-T, 4.2 V8, W12, RB-series Nissan engine, LS2 V8, 13B and Hollinger racing dogbox. Sky, bank, and creativity are the limit.

RB26DETT FTW! That would be sick..

It would be considerably cheaper if you can machine your own mounts, brackets, etc

Long as we are fantasizing, Bride (I believe) built a time attack 300ZX with a Frankenstein monster engine, an RB30DET (bored and stroked RB out to 3.0L and with a huge T88).

Pointless to put a 2.0t FSI motor in the car since it is just a headache of a setup. Better off just taking your 1.8t and building it into a 2.0t, I have been running that setup for 7 years now and it isn't that hard or that expensive to have done.

Anything else you can pretty much figure that you will have to go with stand alone tuning. There are a few guys that have put in Chevy V8's, but aren't going to make that much power then a BT 1.8t and its going to be nose heavy.

034 should be at the Time Attack, but dont expect to see a VR6 A4 running on the track.
