GIAC doesnt have a cat delete file. I wouldnt get a testpipe if your state does emissions, just get a high flow cat or do what cincy says and weld on larger pipes onto the stock cat.

 

90% of emissions places arent equipped with a way to test awd vehicles under load
i know where in pa i just get an obd2 scan and thats it, no looking around, popping the hood etc etc
but in my county emissions are fairly laxed
