Default Torque Spec

Hi, Looking for the torque spec of Number 28 in the picture. May seem overkill but I am trying to solve a noise issue and doing to by trying to eliminate all potential factors.

Also is that nut called this----> FRONT Damper Shaft Nut Damper/Shock Absorber To Damper Mounting Plate (Nut) : 44 Ft-Lbs \ 528 In-Lbs \ 59.66 N-m. I ask because when I tightened it towards 44 ft-lbs it seemed too tight but I might be wrong but do not want to damage or snap the bolt shaft.

Thank you.

Solution arrived.. I could not determine the actual torque spec, however what I did, which could apply to other similar situations, was to search for the maximum torque spec for that particular size nut used.

Thanks to all who read my post.

"until it's torqued" is the official torque spec my dad gives for every nut and bolt in existence.
