Trans fluid Change
So i bought the car about a month ago now and just want to do the normal maintenance to keep it for as long as possible.
Took it to AAMCO for a transmission fluid change, not because somethign was really wrong, but i noticed first and second gear were a bit more sticky than my previous audi. Although, it wasn't really bad.
I drove home and it's WORSE! 1 and 2 barely wanna go into gear, you sort have to give it a little muscle.
Is this something to panic about? Or should i wait for the new fluid inside the trans to work into the gears a bit?
1.8tqm - about 100k

The panic comes from going to aamco - I wouldn't buy a ******* soda from their vending machine, let alone trust them mechanically after they bent me on a clutch job years ago. I'll say it again - **** Aamco right up the pipe with a big rubber dick, then break it off and beat them with the rest of it.
With that out of the way, take the car to a euro shop or a dealer - someone familiar with the cars, not a half-*** bunch of flunkies who work on Fords. Get it done again and with the proper fluids (which they probably didnt use on your car).

They most likely put in some really cheap gear oil. You might as well buy some good gear oil like Redline MT90 or Motul 300 and change it yourself or have someone else do it for you.
As for Aamco, they mainly work on automatic transmissions so I sure the hell hope they didn't put ATF into your manual transmission.
