My car won't go into gear could it be the shift linkage ? Throw out bearing ? Or the clutch? I was just driving pulled it out of third when I came to a stop sign, and wouldn't go into any gear at all anymore.

Car runs on and everything just won't go into gear.

And I have to really force it in and when I do it grinds and even if I'm holding the clutch down it still grinds if it's in gear and when it's in gear and the clutch down it wants to stall/die please need help asap
