Trying to sign up to test the Motivo!

So I read the post above in the "Sponsored Posts" section about volunteering to test the Nitto Motivo tires.

But I can't find where to sign up in the link they provided: Motivo

Anyone find out how to sign up?

I also tried to sign up for it and had no luck finding the sign up button, so I just used the contact us thing also

BTW what size did you guys sign up for? 235/45ZR17 is what I need
