I would buy at least that much, but you'll only need a couple to fix what you're after, its always good to have a little extra though.

More than good, but i would keep that 1/4 line too, you never know when you might need it.

Well whatever you want, you'll definately need more of the smaller hose than the larger one. There is roughly 10 ft of 1/4 line under the hood, but that usually lasts much longer than the 1/8 line. If it were me, i would just keep it.

ok well Ill go get 10 ft of 1/8 do as much as I can and do the 1/4 and see if any is left over

Sounds like a plan. Just to recap though the main lines you want to look at for your turbo issue is the wastegate lines, N75 valve lines, and inspect the lines going to the DV under the car. The DV isn't as important as the wastegate lines, but it can still cause an issue. Of course spinning the compressor wheel by hand should also be checked.
