i have a 99 stock b5 (fwd) unfortunatly and the turbo is done, (ko3) i already have the turbo out and am looking for a ko4 heres what im looking at...

179.00 seems pretty cheap, but if i install this i shouldnt have any problems right? i know if im going bigger on the turbo i need more **** such as bigger intercooler diverter valve, tuned etc, any thoughts would be appreciated thanks.

 

Chances are you'll need another turbo a few months from now - most eBay K04 turbos are Chinese pieces of ****. Look for one from a vendor or a parts car so you get a genuine K03/4.

I know where you can get an authentic k04 015 on the cheap. They really are not much better then the stock k03 though. The frankenturbo is a nice upgrade for less then an oem.
