Is there some way to fix that? Maybe spraying compressed air into the tube connected to the n75? I really don't want to replace the turbo again...

Or maybe some way to diagnose it?

first I would spray air into the wastegate line itself, not through the n75 and watch it open. are you 100%, and I mean 100%, positive the n75 is hooked up right?

If you are looking at the n75 from the passenger side, sensor plug facing you: Left is to the compressor housing, down is to tip, and up is to the wastegate. The turbo did come with a skinny line attached to the wastegate nipple (smaller than I would normally use) so I didn't bother replacing it, does the wastegate need a lot of air or just some?

Don't tell me directional, tell me by nipple length (notice how each nipple is a different length). Also ensure that all lines have zero leaks

That is 100% how it is set up. Could the diameter of the line be a problem? I highly doubt it because of the minimal difference

I highly doubt the line is the issue. You need to make sure there is nothing wrong with the lines at all.

Also, grab the wastegate rod with a pliers and see how hard it is to open the flapper

The lines are correct, I can take a picture if that helps. When you say move the wastegate rod, how hard should it be to open?

it should give a fair amount of resistance, enough to have to try to move the rod. maybe 15lbs?

It didn't move a bit even with a lot more force than required to move my old one, is there anyway to unfreeze it?
