Default two engine codes?

Ran the codes on my 99.5 audi today and this is what i came up with. Codes P1338 and P1136. And this is what i pulled up on them.

17746/P1338/004920 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Open or Short to Plus
Possible Symptoms
[ul][*]Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) active [/ul]
Possible Causes
[ul][*]Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) faulty[*]Wiring/Connectors from/to Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) faulty [/ul]
Possible Solutions
[ul][*]Check Camshaft Adjustment[*]Check Camshaft Position Sensor (G40)[*]Check Wiring/Connectors from/to Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) [/ul]

&

17544/P1136/004406 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
Possible Solutions
[ul][*]Check Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor[*]Check Fuel Pressure Regulator[*]Check Fuel Pump[*]Check Intake/Exhaust System for Leaks[*]Check Secondary Air Injection for Leaks[*]Check Vacuum Lines for Leaks [/ul]
Now for the P1338, is there any tips you guys can give me on how to check the sensor? just replace it? also where in gods name is it ? And what is that G40 # that keeps being repeated in that section.

And for the P1136, i would assume start with the MAF clean it its, check for damage, also replace fuel filter. Whats the best way to check the others? Any other tips from people that had similar problems iw ould love to hear them. THanks

Default RE: two engine codes?

For P1136, start by checking all the vacuum lines.
