Engine Codes

I have a 2000 A6 2.7T which has two engine code issues. The codes are 431 and 1606. Any help on what these codes are would be appreciated.

no such thing as a 431...432 is a catalyst efficiency code

P0431 = warm up catalytic converter, bank2 - efficiency below threshold faults could be catalyst bad/ wiring fault/ o2 sensor,
P0432 = same as above,
it seems you have a bad catalyst bank 2
