vaccum lines
Have the code scaned at auto zone for free and then post it up here and people can help better. Check the vacline going to the combination valve. It sits on the top back of the motor against the fire wall. That will throw a code for sure.
Check the hose thats connected under the intake mani and goes to the dv. then check the hose that goes from the mani to the EGR, then the one that goes from the mani to the FPR, and the one that is at the front of the mani.
Chances are that you need to replace all your vac lines. I would buy 15ft of silicon line along with a handful of screw clamps and replace all lines. It should only take about 60min of your time and you wont have to worry about it for quit a while. Once the stock line is brittleit will crack as soon as you squeeze it.
