Apologies for digging this month-old thread...but I just installed my HIDs 3 days ago and found the plastic piece under the headlight where it sits on and drilled a couple holes and mounted the ballasts. The mounts kinda suck but I just zip tied them all over to the ballast itself and secured them with some tape as well. I hope this helps someone as it took me about an hour and a beer to poke around.
