so i changed my ICM cuz of my cyl 2 misfire and now when i hit over 70 on my car it feels like the engine is being pushed, its actually crusing at about 3200 rpm and it sounds like its easily doing 4 grand. is this a sign of something bad to come, or is it just me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a bad wheel bearing, and my car sounds pretty racing....

try putting your car into neutral at 70mph, and see if the noise is still there

 

ok so i took it to 70mph and put it on manual and the noise is still there, it eases off a lil bit but not too much and its not a noise its a weird feeling like if i was riding on a rocky surface its hard to explain

 

What do you mean you put it on manual? I have crappy old tires that werent rotated properly by the previous owner so at about 70mph my car vibrates a little and its pretty loud likea bad bearing.

and its not a vibration it just sounds like the car is reving at higher rpm than what is actually doing.
