So I was driving in the rain yesterday, Water was a litter higher than normal and I was hitting puddles like crazy. Didn't think anything of it but when I got to my car this morning a noticed this piece was gone...

Don't know the exact name, but you can grab it from someone parting out their car. May just be easier to go to the dealer though - can't imagine that piece being too expensive

go to the classifieds on the main page, there's always stuff in there

 

in the repair manual it's called the "lower trim strip" at that location I guess I would call it "lower trim strip for driver side front fender"
