(skythe) how did you fix your seatbelt retracting slowly? my front passenger, rear driver does half windup then the rest lays on the seat or next of door and floor.

I removed the B-pillar trim and pulled the seat belt all the way out. I clipped it with binder clips so it wouldn't retract. Then I soaked the belt in a bucket of hot/warm water mixed with powder laundry detergent (supposedly, the powder form more easily washes out than liquid detergent). It's recommended washing it twice, but I only washed it once, letting it soak for 15 minutes and hand scrubbing it. Then I rinsed and soaked it in a bucket of warm water twice followed by towel drying it and letting it air dry over night.
I couldn't get the entire belt in so there is a little slack, but not really enough to get caught in the door.

If you complain to Audi of America or a dealership, they may replace them for you for free if the belts are undamaged. I knew mine had what looks like make-up on the belt and doubted they'd go for it.

I'm not even going to quote because if you don't know what this is directed at that's your own fault!
