What did you do to your B5 today?

Thanks, Metalman, but I will probably have to say no. I don't have a lot to spend, my next needs are timing belt (and associated replacement parts), plugs, AF, valve cover, valley and oil cooler gaskets. Winter is approaching and I have a regulator out and no heat. If its available when those are done I will find a way to acquire said sway bar.

Replaced my front door speakers today as I blew out my drivers side. Kinda a PITA, replaced them with 4" kickers. On the reinstall of my dries side door I managed to switch the cords for the rear windows so now they are switched, that's a job for another day though haha

The fact that this is possible just baffles me. All of the other plugs in the car seem to have tabs or pins to make them unique so that they cannot be plugged in incorrectly. I had the same problem when I first took my door panel off.

Ha! I did this exact same thing, also when replacing my door speakers with 4" kicker mid-bass. Finally fixed it a year later when I recovered my door panel inserts with black suede. I did think it was kinda weird hat they weren't keyed slightly differently to keep this from happening.

I guess I can if needed but you literally just drop your glove box and it's right there. Then you just use a heat gun and heat up the board for awhile. Not terribly complicated, if the problem is with your stalk you can just push it on-off a bunch of times to try and get rid of the rust or whatever is in there
