What did you do to your B5 today?
So far today: swapped my driver's lower seat cushion/skin (black leatherette) with a used passenger's lower seat cushion/skin. All-in-all not too bad, spent about 4 hours total, but I did manage to break a couple plastic pieces a bit. They're still function, at least.
Next up: adding FUNK button! This will be an auxiliary power switch to turn on my Nexus 7 tablet stereo system, so I don't have to put the key in to power it up (or I can push the FUNK button before turning the key off to leave the Nexus 7 powered on).

friday put on the 18x8s with 225/45/18s
saturday fixed the a/c system...replaced the compressor to condenser line (cracked) and replaced the drier and recharged the system... blows at 48 degrees.
sunday finished up the coolant flush and added new g12 and distilled water
next weekend is the front control arms and wheel bearings

I was driving and my clutch got stuck again.....so I put some air in my tires and then pumped my clutch up and then on the up swing it popped and you can guess the rest....now I am going to put in a new master in fun times
Did the two bushings at the bottom of the RR hub carrier. I have done 15 bushings on the rear of my B5 this summer. Have just three more (upper wishbone on the LR) and my whole back suspension is rebuilt.
did you have much play? were they very worn? does it feel tighter in the back now?
Yea, lots of play. The rubber was completely torn away from the that metal can. It doesn't feel any tighter at all now, but it is quiet. Any time I hit a decent bump it would pop back there. On my way home I hit some big ones just to test. Quiet.
Nice when you fixed it. Well done. I hate noises like that.
