A set of S4 swaybars makes a nice difference especially when joined with steel rear endlinks. Aftermarket snub mount on a manual and maybe a used drivetrain stabilizer if you find a good price. Then start modding the interior too (I'm admittedly biased toward a custom interior). Tint, paint the lowers, paint the roof black, upgrade to ecode headlights if you still have two-piece units...

PS - where did you buy your flexpipe and for how much? Hiwords bought one from ECS and it rotted on him pretty fast so I'm not going to get my replacement from them. Where'd you buy yours?

Im thinking about the S4 sway bars, not a bad Idea. Supercharger is always in my mind but poor college student doesn't have that kind of money right now. Paying $20k to go to classes.
Funny story: I had my car over at Tuffys (the owner is a good guy) and his guys said the flex pipe was cracked and that answered my suspicions about the noise. They put a new one in the next day for $38 parts and labor. Havn't had a problem with it in a year

I'd do what onepoint8tee said.

Suspension, wheels, brakes and exhaust.

I've done all but the brakes. I may go BBK soon though!

A8 brakes are ****. Cheap, easy to swap, and work great.

I want them, just for some added safety. One day I'll do it.

Heard that bro. The day I picked up the Avant I almost rear-ended a guy because I had gotten used to the added stopping ability of the A8 setup.

Oh wow, that would have sucked.

After I install, am I going to be amazed by the difference or just pleased? I haven't really gotten a good idea of how big of a difference there is. I should have taken a spin in your car in NY to get a feel for them.

Oh wait.

We didn't have a ladder.
