I know my Coolant Temperature Sensor is dead because my coolant temp never moves (it stays at 60°C)

but my oil temperature moves a bit from 60 to 65 ... is it normal or could my oil temp sensor be dead also. where is it located ?

My oil temp sensor is broken, but I can tell you that you really ought to replace the coolant temperature sensor because the engine runs poorly with it being broken. But, still, the temperature doesn't rise at idle? And you have good heat?
