Default What is this trim piece called?

I've been looking everywhere but I'm not sure what its really called. Mine is kind of scratched up, I'd like to either replace it (if i can find it cheap enough) or repaint it with the factory color. Does anyone know what this piece is called, where I can find it, or where I might be able to acquire some paint for it? The vehicle in the photo is not mine, but it has similar interior trim color.

When you see the scratches, what's the color underneath the paint (rubber coat)?

I'm asking because I have black interior and underneath the black coating was black plastic. In which, I sanded the whole thing down since mine was also all scratched up.

I don't know what the piece is called, but you can contact Shokan and describe it to them. Shokan.com

Mine also has black plastic underneath. How did the sanding turn out? Is it worth it?

What color is your interior? If it's black, you won't be able to tell as the paint that's peeling off is only rubber coating.

Honestly, I didn't really "sand it". I used a Scrotch scrubby to basically peel off the rubber coating. It worked for me and you can't really tell the difference minus the rubber vs. plastic that's actually underneath it.
