u can always get an RS4 Grille, do the S4 front, it wont be that bad, and your fogs right now are in the headlights so u would need to get a kit to get them in the bumper.

your already doing wheels, drop, paint. sooo...... Custom exhaust? JHM Short Shifter and linkage upgrade (300$), Big brake kit, custom headliner, S4 seats, aftermarket seats, speakers, facelift tail lights, floor mats, trim re-wrap, shift ****/boot,

or look into some good tools to buy, so u can work on your car.

The seats will require modifications to get them in the heated seat harness should be plug an play. And to power them, just hard wire the switches and hello power seats.

U can go A8 or brembo or ECS. Www.ecstuning.com check out the braking section fr your car. There's lots of brands u can even go porshe brakes too.

Yep and A8 is also all you need for a street car. You can go with Brembo or StopTech but you don't need it, not to mention when parts have to be replaced, you're looking at BIG money. Go A8 - doesn't cost much, makes a dramatic difference, looks good, and it's not swatting flies with a baseball bat.
