whats your gas millage like

Get around 27.8 miles to the gallon on my 1.8T Quattro...

22-23 MPG city driving, 27-28 hwy

I get about 21 city and 30 hwy, and most of the time it is "spirited" driving

well dont know what im getting city vs hwy, but with 3/4 tank i got 242 miles and i calculaed it out to be approx. 21.51111 MPG... id say thats not to bad for an old v6

I was thinking the other day... How is your tire pressure? You might as well check that OP, couldn't hurt.

Mine's terrible. K&N + roof bars + bike rack + bike = FAIL.

is there a DIY for the O2 sensors?? maybe ill do that since im getting about 17mpg, i think i can get more

with my 1.8 T i can get about 25 doing 80mph on the interstate and i'm lucky to get 22 in town because i have a heavy foot and like to speed to that next red light lol. However i have found that if i go with cruise control in the slower lanes on the interstate i can get upwards of 29 sometimes 30 MPH

4 last fill-ups I was adding Lucas UCL (1st) and Marvel Mystery Oil (2nd, 3rd, 4th) but I also replaced my stuck open thermostat, so here I am now:
Mostly city driving I went from 22.5 to almost 25 MPG. Some day I will post my hwy consumption, but I guess it will be better than before.

The thing is, when you change 2 variables at the same time, you don't know which one was a factor...
