weld, you could possibly get clamps? but for $200 unless you NEED a new muffler, save up till you have about 800 and do the entire setup, you'll prolly have to replace the flex pipe in the semi-near future anyways.
however, if you dont plan on putting money into the car(being that its a 2.8) the $800 will be a waste.

need the pipe to be modified to fit with the new muffler which has the inlet on the back (the stock has the inlet on the side) i paid $100 to have it done on my old audi.
