My drivers side window goes down like a hot knife in butter, on the way up it gets abt. 3/4 way up and starts to struggle, sometimes stop and goes back down, sometimes slowly goes to the top, but always kinda struggles in the end. Would this be the motor or Regulator, has anyone had any experience with this?
