Would these wheel specs fit a B5 A4?
The most "normal" tire size for that would be 235/35/19. My car came with 19x8.5 et35, 235/35/19, and was mildly lowered. The front tires would hit the fenders pretty hard, so I got the fenders rolled. The rear was fine. 30 offset would be even worse, and I wouldn't recommend it with the tire size I listed. 45 is not enough offset and would require spacers (about 10mm) to clear the spindles, and would still require the front fenders to be rolled.
215/35/18 would be smaller than stock-size tires by about an inch in diameter.
Is a correctly-reading speedometer important to you? If so, you need near-stock-size tire. In 18" this means 225/40/18.
ET45 should be okay with 225/40/18.
