I did an engine swap last summer (3.0-3.0)last summer and changed the transmission fluid & filter while I was at it. Transmission has been giving me trouble ever since I had to drop the subframe to get the down pipe out because of a clogged cat. Trans seems to stop working at 2500 rpms in almost every gear so I have to go slow with it. Tonight on the way home from work it stopped shifting at all so I pulled over shut the car off and started it back up and it started working again but as I got closer to home I’m getting this weird vibration while accelerating. The only possible related code is the crankshaft position sensor code. The car also has 167K on the clock.

Any input would be appreciated.
