Default 1.8T Advice please.

From what i've been told the AEB head is the one to have because it flows better? I actually came across one that was in a little rough shape, after some time in the parts washer and a little brushing it started to look good again. I'm currently in the process of trying to figure things out in the head that will benefit me later. Been talking to a machine shop about possibly going bigger valves or just keeping the stock size and increasing the runner size. I'd like to hear some suggestions on this. I'm planning on running a t3 t4 setup. Also does anyone know my current lift and duration on my stock cams thinking of upgrading to a more aggresive one. I personally would redo my bottom end with these upgrades but i was told by a good tech that these engines are built pretty strong from the factory with stock forged interals. Suggestions? Oh yeah with my new head im planning on a new valve train components any recommendations ? Thanks for any response.
