So my check engine light came on a few months ago, and today I decided to hook it up to a obd2 scanner to see what was going on, turns out I had 6 codes pop up.. Here is what came up...

P0421- Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold(Bank1)
P0431- Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold(Bank2)
P0300- Random Misfire
P0301- Cylinder 1 misfire
P0302- Cylinder 2 misfire
P0303- Cylinder 3 misfire

So now that I know what is causing my check engine light to come on I need to get these things repaired but want to know of what needs to be done, I took my car into Audi November of last year to get my ignition coils replaced, but I am still getting misfires, does anyone know what I need to do to fix these issues?? I need to fix these asap!!

 

The 3.0 is known for failin cats. The first 2 are just those, you will need to replace the cats. There are cheaper options. Code then out or put spacers.

The misfires change the sparkplugs.
Idk where the icm is on the 3.0 probably on top of the air box? Switch them around and of the misfires switch to the other bank you know you have a bad icm.

Icm is ignition control module.

 

I am throwing codes for bad cats also, where can I get said spacers? We don't have emmission testing so really just want the damn check engine light to go away so when it shows for something important I know it!
