2003 A4 1.8T problems with cooling fans
Simply put, my fans are on when the a/c is running, but the fans will not come on any other time, even to cool it down when the car is turned off.
I dont' have access to a fault reader, so any suggestions would be appreciated. I'd like to do the work myself if possible.
UPDATE: I unplugged the coolant temp sensor at the back of the engine and the cooling fans work at full speed, but not when the car is off, or when the sensor is connected.
Fan Control Module? Relay switch?
Where is the relay located for the fans?
